We have no minimum order quantities, and unless otherwise stated we accommodate all order sizes, whether for personal use, personalized gifts, or bulk purchases for events, company branding, or business needs.

Vector format in Corel Draw is preferred, with no less than 300 DPI. We also accept high resolution jpeg and png files. We can assist with minor changes, but these are the minimum requirements for quality prints.

This is generally discouraged as in many cases the garment has to be a certain type of material for the method of print we use and products have to have a coating on it if they need to be sublimated. We therefore recommend doing everything in-house with us. It will also save you a lot of time and trouble to source the right products for the job.

Our standard lead time is anything from 5 - 7 working days depending on what needs to be produced and is calculated from the date of order placement and payment received. This excludes shipping times. For outlying areas, delivery might take 2-3 days. We offer various delivery options and can be added at checkout in our online shop based on your needs. You can also select to collect the parcel if you are in the vicinity of our warehouse.

Our print capability is slightly smaller than A3 size (27cm by 38cm). Custom sizes are however available on request.

Sustainable fashion is the future. Each of our products is printed on demand, meaning we only print once an order is placed. This method helps us avoid overproduction and material waste. We take pride in being part of the sustainable fashion movement, and our sublimation or DTF printing process reduces the wastage of ink due to the fact that the inks are transferred to the products directly and thus reducing our carbon footprint.

These specifications relate to the weight (grammage) and composition of the garment material, such as 100% cotton or blended cotton. The higher the gsm the thicker the garment is and generally has a higher quality than one with a lower gsm.
