1. Products are made on order so please allow 2 - 3 working days for production.

4. Printing is done in full colour and colour matching is not always accurate or possible. We do however try our best to get it as close to the original as possible.

  • Please send your artwork in png, jpeg or vector format to brad@sublimateit.co.za.

  • To care for a sublimated garment:

    • Wash in Cold Water: Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners.
    • Turn Inside Out: Protect the print from abrasion.
    • Air Dry: Avoid direct sunlight and high heat from dryers.
    • Iron with Low Heat: Iron inside out or use a cloth to protect the design.
    • Store Properly: Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

    These steps will help maintain the garment's colors and quality.
